How Our Carpet Cleaning Works
Every carpet and upholstery job follows the same five steps. No shortcuts, no upsell games — this is the standard clean, included in the price.
1
Pre-Treatment
Traffic areas and spots get pre-treated first, so the dirt actually lets go.
2
Deodorizer
Kills the odors living in the fibers — pets, spills, everyday life.
3
Color Brightener
Brings the color back so the carpet looks like itself again, not a faded version.
4
Fiber Rinse
Rinses the fibers clean so nothing sticky is left behind to attract new dirt.
5
Steam Extraction
Truck-mount steam extraction pulls it all out. Portable unit available where the truck can't go.

Minimum service fee — applies to every job
$99
About the $99 minimum: book anything you like — a single recliner, one small rug — but every job totals at least $99. Small items are priced per piece, and the minimum simply brings a small job up to $99. No surprises at the door.
Build Your Own Estimate
Add what you need and watch the total. The $99 minimum and the after-hours fee are applied automatically, exactly like the real invoice. For janitorial, windows, pressure washing, house cleaning, and roof work, send us the details and we'll quote it in person.
Estimate only — final price is confirmed when we see the job. Floor prices use the square footage you enter.
Service Area — Moreno Valley & 15 Miles Around
We're based in Moreno Valley and regularly work within about 15 miles — Riverside County and the Inland Empire. A little further out? If the job makes the drive worth it, we'll make the drive. Just ask.
Hours: Regular booking is Monday–Saturday, 8am–4pm. Need us after hours or on a Sunday? We can do it — there's a $100 emergency fee on those jobs.
Why Folks Call Us Back
Quality over cheap
We set our prices to do the job right and attract customers who care about that. If you want the lowest bid in town, that's not us — and we're fine saying so.
Actually all in one
Most homes and businesses juggle three or four different cleaning companies. With us it's one solution, one invoice, one number to call — carpets, floors, glass, exterior, all of it.
Local & insured
Moreno Valley based and liability insured. The company has been operating since 2022, and the owner's hands-on cleaning experience goes back to 2007 — that experience stands behind every job, from a single room to a full commercial facility.
Common Questions
Why is there a $99 minimum if a recliner is $60?
Every trip out has a floor cost — fuel, equipment, time. Small items stay priced per piece so you can add them to a bigger job cheaply, but any job on its own totals at least $99. We'll always tell you before we start.
What's included in standard carpet cleaning?
Pre-treatment for traffic areas, deodorizer, color brightener, fiber rinse, and steam extraction — with our truck-mount unit, or a portable unit where the truck can't reach. Deep scrubbing or pet sanitation is a $54 add-on per item or room when a job needs extra muscle.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
Stairs are part of the $275 Whole-Home Carpet Refresh (4 rooms, hallway & stairs). The only extra is landings: $15 per landing.
Can you clean on a Sunday or after hours?
Yes. Regular hours are Monday–Saturday, 8am–4pm. After-hours and Sunday jobs carry a $100 emergency fee.
Do you take commercial and janitorial contracts?
Yes — that's a big focus for us. Recurring janitorial, one-time commercial deep cleans, floor care programs, and RFP/contract work across Riverside County and the Inland Empire. We're liability insured. Tell us about your building and we'll walk it and quote it.
How far do you travel?
About 15 miles around Moreno Valley as a rule — Perris, Riverside, and the nearby Inland Empire. For a bigger job further out, ask us. If it makes sense, we'll come.
Is tile sealing included in tile & grout cleaning?
No — cleaning is $0.75 per square foot, and sealing is an extra. We'll price it when we see the floor so you only pay for what you need.
Ready when you are.
